Visiting the website
When you open a page, the web server automatically processes technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a stable and secure website). Server logs are kept by our hosting provider and deleted after a short period, unless they are needed to investigate an attack.
Hosting: easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria, processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. The data stays in the EU.
The landing page sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and the 3D graphics library are loaded from our own server, not from third parties.
Demo request form
If you send the demo request form, we process your name, email address and message, and the time of the request, to answer you and arrange a demo (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract). The form is delivered to us by email. We keep your request as long as needed to deal with it and for any follow-up business contact, and delete it no later than three years after our last contact, unless statutory retention periods require longer storage. To limit abuse, we briefly store a pseudonymised value derived from your IP address for one hour.
YouTube videos
The videos on this website are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, your browser connects to the servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Google receives at least your IP address and the page you came from. Google may set cookies and transfer data to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent by pressing play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). More information: Google privacy policy.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, write to the email address above.
If you believe that our processing of your data breaches data protection law, you can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
